Product introduction

Rust Preventive primer

Rust Preventive primer
19R-PP

Application

– Iron structures
– Corroded steel
– Hard-to-hear steel sheet

Product configuration

Rust Preventive Primer is a rusted steel construction primer that is used as the rusted steel structure and the load on the compartment membrane by oxidizing and gluing the rust. In particular, satisfactory results can be obtained after construction of the highly audible part.

Product characteristics

– Excellent adhesion with primers of steel that have been extracted.
– Durable even in harsh corrosion environments.
– Simple to pre-processing.
– If pre-processing is not possible, it acts as an anti-corrosion agent by melting and gluing the rust of the residue.

How to use and caution
How to use – Painting conditions are 10 to 30 degrees Celsius with a relative humidity of 85% or less.
– The mixing ratio of 1 group of paints (topic 14.4kg, curing 3.6kg) is 4:1.
– The coating thickness must be at least 50μm and the recommended coating thickness is 70μm.
– Conditions of use when painting airless spray
(range of paint tip: 0.023 to 0.027 inches / discharge pressure: 168 kg/cm²)
caution – Avoid fire during painting and adjust ventilation.
– Avoid inhalation of paint and skin contact during painting.
– Store in a dry and cold cow at 5 to 35 degrees when stored, wash the top of the entrance, and seal the container.
– There may be differences in raw and hardened during long storage.
– Painting is absolutely not possible in an enclosed area, and if unavoidable, have a power vent, etc., force it out of the building, and wear protective gear before construction.
– Be careful with fire as it is flammable.
